RETURN POLICY

1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at Royalty Adventures with Gabriel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products purchased from our website.

2. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@royaltyadventures.co and send your item to: 1941 East Jefferson St, Phoenix AZ 85034.

8. Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
